First off, I apologize if this questions belongs in another thread, so please move it elsewhere if you think it's appropriate.

My partner and I don't quite have the 270k miles needed for our trip in a single account. We each have a little over 230k, which is more than enough for a single ticket (135k miles).

If I were to call to make a reservation, could an agent pull both accounts simultaneously and proceed with both tickets?

Being first class tickets, the second seats would be taken if she proceeds serially instead of in parallel.

Do any of you have any experience doing anything similar?
