Would anyone think it would be reasonable to just use paper plates, aluminum foil pans, plastic utensils, etc., purchased on island and still make use of the grills? We do the whole meal on the grill - meat, veggies, starch, etc. - and don't really need much in the way of pots or pans, just something to hold things and marinate (or could use plastic bags). I could easily pack a metal spatula and tongs and bring with me, and have no issues washing a few things in the bathroom sink. We'd need a little storage in the fridge on a day to day basis (how big are the?), but wouldn't need a full one to store everything. Think grilled burgers, steaks, chicken, potatoes, fish, corn, variety of veggies, etc. Now I'm getting hungry.

We're there for 10 days so would love to break things up like this. Can anyone comment on whether this is a reasonable thing to consider given the setup? Thanks!
Sounds doable. The grilles are located up the hill between the buildings.
The harder part is finding somewhere to eat. There are no tables around the grilles like Maui and Kauai.
