i open up a new thread as i dont find an actual one...

was at the hotel twice, once right after the opening and this week.
Staff is friendly, but english was only spoken by one front desk employee.
The evening buffet looked exactly as the breakfast buffet!! Never seen anything like that before...all the food was the same. the pizza even loked like it was the same piece...brrr.
Air condition did not work, after checking back with the front desk, they turned it on...and said nobody needed it before this spring?!?

Rooms are nice and clean, lounge is closed (seems to be for a longer time) and nobody could tell me for how long or what reason.
Upgrading is done, they dont see plats often..so like at my first visit everybody from the front desk staff wanted to see my SPG Plat card...strange experience.
Plat breakfast is the full buffet...
