And who pays full F fare for domestic?

I can't think of anybody other than last minute biz travelers or the Queen of Versailles. These last minute travelers would have paid for F anyway, regardless of lounge access. AND schedule and convenience (non-stop) is probably their priority (not airline). I don't think Lounge Access would make them choose AA over UA or DL.
