Just recently flew YVR-PEK-URC and CGO-PEK-YVR, food was way better than UA and better than AC. 33"- 34" seat pitch on the A330 on the YVR segments, 2 full meals with beer/wine service, IFE (personal seat back screens) was okay but not as good as UA or AC, there was in seat power ports. PEK-URC leg was 4.5 hrs with full meal but no IFE other than what was on the overhead screens. CGO-PEK was short 1hr flight with just a bottle of water provided.

Service was good on all flights, I would pick over AC and UA in economy when going to China again. Definitely avoid the new AC 777HD flights and crappy old UA 747's.
