No they wouldn't. An ADV or EXP on domestic routes are treated the same for lounge access...with none. A lot of people buy P and A fares, AA prices them competitively and with their Price/Schedule ticketing they show up as being reasonably priced on a lot of routes. My brother is flying BWI-MIA later this month, he was searching for fares and saw F was a mere $90 cheaper and he jumped on it. His once a year flying on AA does not make him the kind of person who should get into a lounge for free based on a $90 fare difference, much as I do love him.
