And this is the main flaw of your argument. You base your argument on your perception that the AC lounges are currently UNDER capacity, which is the only way that could work.
Most folks here disagree with you, including myself. AC lounges are too crowded already. If anything, AA should change the policies to even further restrict the access to the ACs, not loosen criteria as you suggest.
