This is kind of like a "Who makes the best martini discussion." I like watching the bartender shake it, but for me the gin, who I'm drinking it with, and where I'm drinking it are pretty important too.

BTW - Over the years, there have IMHO been some pretty decent sushi joints in the U.S.
