Absolutely - if you purchase a product and there is supporting information in print available from various sources and the product or the providers of that product don't follow the rules or conditions of that product then there is something clearly wrong - can you imagine purchasing a hybrid vehicle then being given a petrol vehicle? LH now clearly want you to acknowledge the conditions of airpasses they sell in Australia verbally (? recorded??) before they will issue an Airpass
