I'm new to KVS as of a few hours ago, and I'm having trouble getting any UA information on the "R" availability.

I've performed a few tests and R shows available on united.com in expert mode, but I can't get the same thing to show up using the tool.

An example is KWI - IAD on October 22.

Does anyone know of a previous post to explain how to get this? I was told by the 1K Desk that if the R cabin showed available, then I could use my Global Premier Upgrade for this ticket. It's just too time consuming to use their website.
