+1 Even though they seem to allow you to put in a different name/address for the initial debit card load, it will NOT go through unless the names match.
Also, a registered VGC with matching name will NOT work for initial debit load but a Buxx card will. The easiest option I think is to just get a GD MoneyPak for $50 + $4.95 fee for the initial load.
