US pulled out of YHM in 2001. WestJet still provides year-round service to YYC, but that's about it.
IAG and BUF are obviously the closest airports to Niagara Falls, but those would be of no use coming from Ottawa.
Why not take the GO Train from Toronto or Burlington? Then you wouldn't have to worry about traffic or the ripoff parking charges all those tourist trap hotels charge. BTW, you can park your car overnight at the Fallsview Casino next door and just play $20 in a slot machine on your player's card before you leave.
