just got lectured by a walmart money center CSR who said that VGCs were meant for purchases only - not for reloading. she said i was basically cashing out VGCs. she also mentioned that another person was trying to buy MOs earlier... lol. i played dumb and she let the transaction thru, but said she wouldn't do it next time.
