Then follow up with 2 20 second Google Maps driving directions, YYZ-Niagara Falls and YXU-Niagara Falls.
But I agree, a nicer attitude would just be "here's how you find the information easily" and let the thread disappear back into the abyss.
You're still making the assumption that someone knows that YYZ and YXU are the only nearby airports.
As I said, I didn't know YGK was an AC station, even though I was visiting places near Kingston regularly. I thought my options were YYZ and YOW/YUL, combined with a drive. A raw map only helps if you already know where AC flies. Maybe there's a small Niagara airport, or a Hamilton airport, etc. Even to me (and I'd like to think I know a little bit about AC in the GTA), I wasn't sure what the answer was when I opened this thread.
If someone comes and asks "What airport should I fly into to visit my friend in Ottawa?", then sure, flame away. But that's as simple as typing Ottawa into AC.com and finding out they fly there. It's a much harder problem when it's "I'm going to Trenton, what's the closest airport?", where typing in Trenton is going to give you zero results.
