It's the standard ET/CE blue leather seats. In CE A-B and F-G seats are just that - two seat pairs. In the middle C-D-E have middle D seat unsold so better choice if you want the normal empty middle seat CE experience
You may get a LH plane substituting if an SH 767 goes tech, but that's unusual.
