I waited briefly in HKG for the light to start blinking to indicate bags would be coming. Thus was after a fast arrival and maybe 10 minutes door to carousel. After a few minutes I noticed by bag with priority tag was already there and was the whole time so it couldn't have taken more than 5 or 6 minutes. This was J coming in from BKK.
