But she confirmed that I delivered the documents to the defendant and ruled the defendant(the bank) win without defendant appear in the court. This fact indicates the judge is taken on the bank side and ruled my points has 0 value. I never heard that if you don't show up in the court you still can win(if the judge doesn't defend you, how could you win?). You are welcome to PM me. It's my true case.
