Went to one in Central FL and bought a VL $500. As I was buying asked about $10 GC Promo. No one knew about it, so they said it would print a coupon if it works. The coupon printer broke, so nothing printed. The manager just gave me a $10 GC. Now I need to go back to see if t does indeed print. I was able to by a VL Visa GC with a CC. They just asked for an ID and the CC.
