What is surprising is the CSR all said there was a cap? doesn't make sense but moving on, European cruise in 22 days!

If you earned those points MSing via Boost, that cruise likely cost you about $1000. My attitude is that I will put up with a lot of hassle for that discount. Glad it all worked out.
