That sounds like a 767, is that what is showing as the aircraft type? If so, then yes these are the best seats since the middle middle is kept empty. Not much of a view there though. You can book one of those seats, then if there's an empty side pair on the day of travel, ask the SCCM to be allowed to move over. You'll get a choice of 2 hot dishes on that route, depending a bit on the time of day. They'll hand out menu cards in CE with the options.
