If your BP says "Business Select," "A-List," or "A-List Preferred," you may use the Fly By lane. If you do not yet have your boarding pass, your A-List card should get you in the bag check Fly BY line and maybe also get you in the security Fly By line.

If the BP has "TSA Pre" you can use the PreCheck lane.

If the BP has both, you can use either.

If the BP has neither, you use the regular lane and you may still get switched to PreCheck by the TSA.

There are also numerous reports of "I am not X, but I got X treatment" but they tend to be random, variable (particularly by airport ) and definitively YMMV situations.
