If you are in Europe I would check also TAP Portugal.
"Rates" look good, but I have no idea about required taxes and availability...

The best option is upgrade from Y to J.
56000 is enough to upgrade long sector e.g DXB - Australia or DXB-SFO (you can upgrade also one sector only).
Just check availability before booking and note that it can also change later
(e.g. new availability can appear)
