I have a feeling TSA Precheck will come to airlines that also have an airport affiliation that has USCBP Preclearance first. AC flies from many airports that have US preclearance so I'm guessing WestJet & Porter will soon come into play and then move to Ireland & EI before EK and probably EY before EK.
I'm all for international airline precheck as it would help me.

I think it's a great improvement to finally allow for precheck for international airlines, as this is something I've been waiting for ever since I got global entry.
