I'd follow jib71's suggestion or ditch the Nikko altogether and get your own hotel in Narita. There are several that are a short walk from either train station - I stayed at the Richmond last month and found it to be perfectly decent. You'll be there on a Saturday night and will have no problem finding a place to eat/drink. Don't sweat the language barrier, I don't speak a lick of Japanese and am always able to get around and get meals without any issues when I'm there. If you want a place guaranteed to have an easy to navigate menu, just PM me and I'll point you to the place I went. Japan is great, you'll almost certainly have a enjoyable night in Narita.
