I also find out that the hotel now tends to ask whether the guest would like to have late check-out online; and it says that Novotel provides this for free on Sunday.

So, I believe that it would be nice if Accor could provide this during booking for Gold and Platinum member; either asking early check-in or late check-out or both so we didn't have to email the hotel in advance to ask the hotel for early check-in or late check-out.
