I flew in 4J and 7J on the reconfigured 332 last month and I thought both seats were very similar. The mini cabin felt smaller once boarding was completed, but there were a lot of people walking by during boarding.

The bulkhead makes no difference with legroom as the seats are angled in and your feet are surrounded by plastic.
