You appear to have selected First Class seats instead of Economy. First Class is priced at 3x Coach, thus the 27k Avios (3 x 9,000). If Economy is not available on your dates, try some others until you find Economy seats available ---- I think that you'll find that they price correctly. Hope this helps!
