Thanks for the replies. I called the Diamond line Saturday evening since the reservation was for the next night (this past Sunday). The agent I spoke with had no problem applying it and the hotel (Hyatt Place in Woodlands TX) didn't seem to be very crowded. I'm just chalking it up to a website glitch.
