I have consecutive stays coming up at the Grand Wailea, Andaz and Fairmont. All three have a 21 day cancellation policy noted on the confirmation. Only Andaz specifies a 2-night penalty for canceling. Unfortunately this may become an issue for me as there is an illness in the family.
