I can't make any recommendations one way or the other in terms of comfort, privacy, and service, since I've never flown on the A332, in the front or back, on DL.

However, if it's important to you, remember meal choice comes into play. I've found FEBO, at least when I've been in domestic FC, is very hit or miss. On even flights, they start from the front, but on odd flights, you never know. Not uncommon for them to still start from the front. On even flights, I'll usually pick a seat towards the front of the cabin. On odd flights, I'll aim for the middle of the cabin figuring I'll still get my choice whether they start from the front or back.

But if meal choice isn't as crucial to you, you can ignore that.

One other thing to consider: there's a good chance boarding will be through the 2L door (the door between the forward and rear BE cabin). If 2L is used, then by being in the forward cabin, you won't have the whole plane walking by your seats when Y starts boarding.
