I thought about that but I don't see how a 21 day window does that. For some reason, possibly local, they want to lock in sold inventory very early. But a hotel as popular as the Andaz shouldn't need to worry about lost sales (unless they are not as popular as we assume). FWIW-the Hyatt Regency has a one week cancellation window for the same period.
