One way flights pricing higher?

It seems all of a sudden one way flights are pricing at a higher price than each way on a round trip. For example on Saturday June 7 one way PHX - RNO is $141, while if I do a round trip it drops that segment down to $94. I have recently noticed this on several routes. In the past I have never had an issue with getting a one-way at half the cost of a round trip. Does anyone know if us has recently changed is fares rules or buckets? Or have noticed anything similar?
