There is a prepaid taxi booth at the airport that charges slightly inflated but still mostly reasonable rates. It's the easiest way to go if your hotel isn't picking you up. It's probably around 100k to Sanur.
Avoid any taxi driver that walks up to you (you'll notice them because without any prompting they say, "TAXI!?"). They'll rip you off in any number of ways. I know the real price and none of them have ever accepted it! I've heard of people paying $30 for $5 rides. Find the prepaid booth.
If you want to pay less, hike your stuff out to where people get dropped off by taxis, walk a bit more past the minimart thats on your right, and you can catch a BlueBird as it loops around (they're technically not allowed to pick anyone up at the airport, mafia thing). They're fair and honest, and always use the meter for the cheapest rate. Just need to catch them past where the authorities are watching.
