All Abarths have air con as standard. But full automated climate control is an option. I expect they mean it lacks the latter.

If you get the chance to rent one, then go for it............ though be warned. I did just that when Hertz UK had them on fleet, and I bought one within hours of returning the rental machine (not that I regret doing so in the slightest!).
