Have I just been really unlucky of late or does HKIA have a luggage logistical problem?

Three of my last four flights back home (two on CX, one on KA) have resulted in really lengthy delays in reclaiming luggage (despite priority tags). Last night on return from DAD it took 90 mins (exactly the same length of the actual flight) for the fam and I to be reunited with our stuff.

Has anyone else had similar issues recently? Never really had a problem pre 2014.
