Wow. What a fantastic way to alienate all but SE flyers. Automation is a great way to do upgrades, and initial handling of IRROPS, IDB, connections etc but to have no control afterwards?

What happens if you misconnect? You're at the mercy of whatever the system puts you on without being able to go to the connections desk?
