My strategy for dealing with that is to never take a hot shower and then run cold water after I'm done. This seems to cool the room down pretty good as long as you didn't shower too hot to begin with.
Me too which is why I opt for a bath when I can at T5. The bath cabanas seem airier and without the huge condensation issues which plague the showers.
All the BA lounge bathrooms feel very cheap compared to the fit at T4 or T1 or that of other airlines.
