DL is $11k, but there are options under $4k (China Southern, Air China, and Philippine) although they may be options you want to avoid. However, I see Cathay business for $6053 and Singapore business for $6681. I don't know whose money you're spending, and I'd take SQ Suites over DL BE if those were the only two options, but if you need to save some money you might want to check these other options.
KE, NH, UA, and OZ are also under $6k. CZ is on the A380 to CAN, which purportedly has a decent hard product. The schedule ain't the greatest, but at less than $4k seems like a choice to consider.
Neither DL nor SQ Suites seem like good value to me for this itinerary.
