I've stayed at that Hilton, and it's a pretty decent property although the Marriott Marquis across the street (and connected by pedestrian bridge) is nicer. I'd have a hard time arguing with the $60/night rate though. It's maybe a 5 minute walk to the Marta station. I also walked from there to Centennial Park and back twice during that stay with no problems.
