I have been trying to determine the best seats on TAP Portugal's A330 for a EWR - LIS - EWR trip.

It appears that 38H and 38J are great seats to have as they have extra legroom (39H and 39J seem to be missing) but the TAP phone agent said that 39H and 39J exist making these just normal economy seats. Any thoughts:

Any thoughts? Has anyone sat in these seats? Are they good?
