I don't know why you keep assuming that EY is your travel concierge, and are responsible for all your travel needs.

I think you need to realise that EY is an airline, and they do sell holidays but you really need a travel agent or to book your own tours.

For 11 hours you definitely want a hotel. Even the F Lounge will drive you mad for this
