However, I see in some TRs that people who wait for the entire plane to exit are usually met with some more friendly smiles and access (even cockpit in some!) I think because it shows you earnest interest in taking some pics to document your trip. Just don't get in the way of cleaning and cabin prep duties.

An honest smile with a touch of enthusiasm can usually get you a few niceties.
