I absolutely would never book a 25 minute connection in PHX. There are many variables at play - flight being late, where you are seated on the plane, how far you have to travel between gates - that an work against you.

I had a 60 minute connection a while back, my plane arrived 20 minutes late, it took several minutes to get the jet bridge to the plane, and the gates could not have been any further apart - even being in F, by the time I made it to my connecting gate, they had already closed the door. Normally 60 minutes is fine, but with a few negative variables and you see what happens. 25 minutes - no way.
