I know some airlines mention in their magazines and what not that certain photography is limited for personal use.
EXTREME case would be this guy kicked off of UA IST-EWR http://upgrd.com/matthew/thrown-off-...-pictures.html

I would suggest:
-Not using flash
-Be discrete/polite
-Don't hold up anyone's duties

The way I see is that so many of these airlines have Twitter/Instagram/Social Media accounts that repost flier photos. If anyone was going to cause a stink it would probably be one of the FAs in a bad mood/power trip.
