On today's flight we had the same crew. The radar had been replaced, and we were told to go to the appreciation web page, where we could choose 17500 miles, a domestic voucher of $300, or a 20% off on a o/w or return flight. Not bad choices, but not really anything for me, as being based in Denmark I only use United to travel internationally, I do not save up United miles, and the coupon has to be used within a year and the discount applies only to the base fare, and not to any taxes, fees or surcharges.
I don't mean to be rude but this is an absolutely ridiculous complaint! I think UA really did a fantastic job here, giving our hotel, taxi and food voucher, and 17500 miles / $300 voucher. Did you think they should have given out $300 voucher for some Danish/ European airlines? They are a US based airline, and YOU chose to fly them. Tough luck!
