Bear in mind that US requires that you be at the departure gate no later than T-15. If the flight is in danger of an oversell, you will be off-loaded at that time. The 25 minutes is fine. If the flight is at risk of oversell, the 10 minutes is a tough one (given that the clock starts when the brakes lock on the inbound).
