Trying to make a < 20 min cnx to a UA to AC later today. Just called their phone and there is an automated message saying "Sorry, we are closed, please contact the Super Elite desk for any assistance".

No option to leave a message, and they don't seem to be using the new automated phone system either.

It's 3 PM local time there, and there a still a few AC flights leaving ORD tonight. What do they mean by "closed"? Closed for the day, or forever, or?
This is very strange they should be open until the last flight out after 9:00pm. Try calling another Concierge e.g YYZ or YYC etc. and see if they can help you out with your situation. 20 Min CNX!!!...yikes that is tight!
