How much of a difference is there between Business Premier & Premier Economy?

I usually always fly Business on ANZ (international) and love the service and spacious seats. However this September I have booked Premier Economy for my husband and I.

I asked several of the crew members during my last flight and they said the biggest difference is the lie flat bed (which I do not do, so that's not going to be a problem). Food the same, service, tv monitor and so on.

I find that hard to believe since there is a 2K difference in price so thought I would ask here.
