My parents will be visiting US in August. Their flights are with JAL but the long flight from Narita to Dallas and Dallas to Narita are operated by AA. Is there any way that they can collect miles for future uses? I wish I could get those miles though
since my parents do not care about that. But I know AAdvantage program will not let you do that. Any suggestion will be much appreciated. TIA.
I presume but don't know that a resident of Japan can have an AAdvantage account. I presume but have not checked that JAL is still a partner, so if they already have a JAL account the points can be accrued there.
