I mentioned this last year, and I'll mention it again.
WineDo is not for shrinking violets. While you may be seated at one table, you're expected to visit the other 2 tables and pour yourself a 'short' pour of any of the wines. The short pour allows everyone a taste of the wine. As the evening goes on, you can re-visit any of the wines. By that time, the amount of wine left in any particular bottle will vary. Some wine seems to go faster than others. In some cases, it's a function of the wine. In other cases, you may be (as the expression goes), up to here in wine, and couldn't care less.
My wine friend Randy, from
Napa Valley Wine and Cigar in Napa, suggests parking with a couple of wines and enjoying yourself, rather than have a sip of each of the wines.
I wish I was smart enough to follow that advice.
